How long does the recruitment process take?

The recruitment process is largely dependent on the Client’s requirements towards employees. Approximate time required for the implementation of the project is from 1.5 up to 2.5 months, depending on the waiting time for the preparation of work permits for employees.

 

Who is responsible for employing employees?

MIG.PL Sp. z o.o. employs employees, therefore, all related obligations are on the side of MIG.PL.

 

What are the costs associated with employing employees?

The cost you incur is set individually for each group of employees.

 

Who deals with formal issues related to documents entitling a foreigner to work in Poland?

Our specialists deal with the implementation of all formal and administrative issues related to the employment of workers from Ukraine. We take responsibility to apply for the work permits, verification of the legality of the stay in Poland, medical examinations and OHS training.

 

What is the minimum number of people that can be employed?

The assumption of our project is that a minimum of 5 employees is required to start cooperation.

 

Do I have to provide accommodation for employees?

We have several options to establish a cooperation. We deal with staff quarters, however if it is more convenient, we enable Client to accommodate employees.
