What is the process of recruiting employees from Ukraine?


1. Client's need
Determining the scope of activity and the positions to be filled.

2. Recruitment process in Ukraine
Search for the suitable candidates. (Duration about – 3 weeks)

3. Legalization of work
Issuing work permits and visas. (Duration – 1.5 to 2.5 months)

4. Arrival of staff
Collection of candidates in Bydgoszcz (on the designated day). (Duration – 1-3 business days)

5. Medical examinations and health and safety training
Occupational health tests and initial health and safety training are organized by MIG.PL. (Duration – 1-2 business days)

6. Competency tests made at the Client's
The basis for admission to the position is a positively passed skill test carried out by the client.

7. Staff accommodation
Persons delegated to provide subcontracting services will be accommodated by MIG.PL close to the plant, or if it is more convenient, we enable Client to accommodate the employees.

8. Implementation of staff
Providing Ukrainian and Russian translators – in person, by telephone or available on Skype. (Duration – to be determined)

9. Ongoing monitoring
Ongoing monitoring of the quality and performance of services. The possibility of appointing coordinators and foremen for the entire duration of the contract.

10. Repair processes
Replacing inefficient personnel through the additional free recruitment.

11. Record of the execution of orders
Making up the breakdown of working hours based on the accounting system by Client.

12. Settlement
On the basis of accepted order records, the personnel is settled and the invoice issued.

How long does the recruitment process take?

The recruitment process is largely dependent on the Client’s requirements towards employees. Approximate time required for the implementation of the project is from 1.5 up to 2.5 months, depending on the waiting time for the preparation of work permits for employees.

 

Who is responsible for employing employees?

MIG.PL Sp. z o.o. employs employees, therefore, all related obligations are on the side of MIG.PL.

 

What are the costs associated with employing employees?

The cost you incur is set individually for each group of employees.

 

Who deals with formal issues related to documents entitling a foreigner to work in Poland?

Our specialists deal with the implementation of all formal and administrative issues related to the employment of workers from Ukraine. We take responsibility to apply for the work permits, verification of the legality of the stay in Poland, medical examinations and OHS training.

 

What is the minimum number of people that can be employed?

The assumption of our project is that a minimum of 5 employees is required to start cooperation.

 

Do I have to provide accommodation for employees?

We have several options to establish a cooperation. We deal with staff quarters, however if it is more convenient, we enable Client to accommodate employees.
